Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Picckles (“Picckles,” “we,” or “us”) covering your use of picckles.com, its trade alerts, tools and the Signals API (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not investment advice

Picckles provides general, rules-based market information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not personalized investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and Picckles is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or portfolio manager. Alerts do not take into account your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.

You decide whether to place any trade, and you place every trade yourself at your own broker. Picckles never holds your money, never places orders on your behalf and never has access to your brokerage account. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their results.

2. Risk and performance

Trading stocks involves risk, including the loss of some or all of the money you invest. Backtested results are hypothetical: they are calculated by applying the rules to historical data and do not reflect actual trading, commissions, taxes, slippage or the prices you will actually get. Past performance, whether backtested or live, does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share your login or forward, resell or publish alerts.

4. Free trial, subscriptions and billing

  • Free trial. New accounts may start one free trial, limited to one per person. No card is required, and the trial ends on its own without charging you.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
  • Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will notify you by email before a change applies to an existing subscription.

5. Signals API

If you use the Signals API, keep your API keys confidential and stay within your plan’s limits. API access is for your own use or your own application; you may not resell or redistribute the raw signals without our written permission. Automated trading built on the API is entirely your responsibility.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, resell, republish or redistribute alerts or other paid content;
  • try to bypass access limits, security or billing, or access other users’ accounts;
  • interfere with or overload the Service; or
  • use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

7. Availability and accuracy

We work to deliver alerts on time and accurately, but the Service depends on third-party market data, email delivery and internet infrastructure. Alerts may be delayed, missed or contain errors, and the Service may change or be unavailable from time to time. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picckles is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, strategies, content and branding, belongs to Picckles. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Billing page, which also cancels any subscription. Sections 1, 2, 8 and 9 continue to apply after your account ends.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
